Our family has been growing quality hay and grain for 5 generations. In past years our crop has always been sold bulk by the ton and trucked out of the area.  Starting this fall, we will be offering our own Estate Grown Hard Red Wheat Berries and Freshly Ground Whole Wheat Flour sold by the pound.  If you attend our annual old-fashioned Threshing Bee on Labor Day weekend, we will be selling wheat berries by the 5 gallon bucket ($10 a bucket - a bucket holds about 35 lbs of grain) straight out of an antique 1920s threshing machine.  Freshly harvested and natural - the way God intended.

   Raspberry Basil
   Pacific Spice
   Roasted Red Pepper

This month our farm stand is spotlighting some outrageously delicious infused Vinegars made by Chaparral Gardens in Atascadero.  We carry four different varieties, each with their own unique taste and use. These vinegars are fabulous drizzled over fresh fruits and salads.  They make excellent marinades too!
